How it works
- • Career Progress is a challenge and reward tracker on the Expanded & Enhanced editions (PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC Enhanced). It does not appear on last-gen consoles.
- • Every area has four tiers. Tier 1 is usually a single completion, tier 2 and 3 add conditions like no deaths or a hard difficulty, and tier 4 is the long one — cumulative earnings, full mission lists, or a time limit.
- • Rewards run from clothing and liveries up to cash, RP and vehicles. Progress is cumulative, so work you have already done counts.
- • You can read your exact objectives in the pause menu under Career Progress, or on the Rockstar Games website while signed in.

Areas
- Operation Paper Trail~2h
Contact missions
Tier 4 asks for: Every mission, including the harder repeat conditions.

- Premium Deluxe Repo~2h
Contact missions
Tier 4 asks for: Cumulative completions with vehicle-condition requirements.
Fastest route: Deliver every car undamaged — repairs cost you the bonus tier. Drive slowly on the last block.
- Gerald's Last Play~2h
Contact missions
Tier 4 asks for: Repeat completions and no-death runs.
Fastest route: Fast, low-risk missions. Good filler between business sale cooldowns.

Contact missions

Fastest route: Casino Work missions from Agatha cover most of it. The gambling tiers come with time, not strategy.

Fastest route: Bring a heavy sniper and a full crew; the last waves punish solo attempts.
- San Andreas Mercenaries~4h
Contact missions
