Step by step
- 1Buy the Kosatka and add the Sparrow for fast scouting.
- 2Scope the island with the Sparrow, then do the required preps.
- 3Choose Drainage Tunnel entry and the Kosatka approach.
- 4Stay quiet: suppressors, plan guard routes, grab the primary target.
- 5Fill bags with the best secondary loot you can reach, then exit by the airstrip or water.
Common mistakes
- Going loud — you lose time and take damage.
- Forgetting the cutting torch prep for the drainage tunnel.
- Over-filling bags before grabbing higher-value loot.
Section 01
The brief
Consistency matters more than squeezing every possible bag. This route prioritizes a repeatable compound entry and fast escape.
- Solo finale puts the heist on a 3 in-game day cooldown — 144 real minutes; two or more players cuts it to 48 minutes
- Hard Mode is only selectable for 48 minutes after Pavel's text, and it adds 10% primary value plus an extra fingerprint hack
- Elite Challenges pay $100,000 on Hard against $50,000 on normal
Section 02
Recommended route
Scope only useful secondary targets, enter through drainage, move through the compound with minimal takedowns, then leave by the nearest coastline.
- Scope with the Sparrow: take the drainage tunnel entry, a guard-clothing point and the north dock as your grapple/boat backup
- Buy the cutting torch prep — without it the drainage tunnel is not selectable at the planning board
- Steal a compound bike during the approach so you can cross the airstrip without sprint-stamina drain
- Suppressed pistol only inside the compound; a single unsuppressed shot chains the whole west patrol
- Exit south-west over the cliff and swim — the water line has no helicopter coverage
Section 03
What good looks like
Elite time becomes routine and detection risk stays low even when guard patterns shift.
- A repeatable 15–20 minute clear with no restarts and full secondary bags
- Pink Diamond or Bearer Bonds as primary; cocaine over weed over cash on secondary when solo
- El Rubio's office safe looted every single run — it is free cash most players skip
Community tech
What experienced players do differently
- Taking a high-value primary makes high-value primaries rarer for 72 hours, but raises secondary values in exchange
- Gold is the best secondary by value but physically needs two players to clear a stack
- Disconnecting during the finale does not pause the cooldown — it starts the moment the finale ends
