Nightclub
A late-stage portfolio multiplier, not a good first standalone business.
Raid risk: Above 20% stock
4 hours idle, 8 with Security · A slice of stored goods. Buy the security upgrade. The club holds the most value of anything on this list.
Open the raid defence deskSetup, step by step
- 1Buy a nightclub — the Del Perro, La Mesa and Elysian Island locations have the shortest sell routes.
- 2Complete the setup missions with Tony, then hire a DJ.
- 3Assign technicians to goods in value order: Cargo and Shipments, South American Imports, Pharmaceutical Research, Cash Creation, Sporting Goods.
- 4Own the matching businesses (warehouse, cocaine, meth, counterfeit cash, bunker) — technicians only accrue goods for businesses you own.
- 5Dance, drink or do a club management job every 48 minutes to keep popularity high, then sell from the office laptop.
Best upgrade order
- Buy firstStorage floors (all three)
Without extra floors the club fills in hours and stops accruing; this is the single biggest income change.
- Buy firstEquipment upgrade
Speeds up how fast technicians accrue goods across every assigned business.
- Buy laterStaff upgrade
Slows popularity decay, so you run the management jobs less often.
- OptionalSecurity upgrade
Reduces raid risk; matters only if you leave large stock sitting for days.
- OptionalNightclub garage
Storage and the Terrorbyte bay, not income.
Worth knowing
- •The nightclub wall safe caps at $250,000 — empty it before it stops filling.
- •Nightclub sales are one of the few big payouts that are entirely safe in an Invite Only session.
