Invite-only where allowed
Step by step
- 1Start every session by restocking passive businesses (supplies bought or stolen).
- 2Run your heist or flagship contract first while cooldowns are clear.
- 3Fill cooldowns with short jobs: Security Contracts, Payphone Hits, Auto Shop contracts.
- 4Sell production when it is full or near full, in an Invite Only session.
- 5Finish by collecting safes (Nightclub, Agency, Arcade).
Common mistakes
- Selling many small batches — travel time kills the hourly rate.
- Selling in a public lobby when Invite Only is allowed.
- Skipping cooldown filler and waiting idle.
Section 01
The brief
Reliable solo income comes from alternating active jobs with stock or safe collection. The best route is the one with no dead minutes.
- Solo income is about eliminating dead minutes, not finding one perfect activity
- Passive businesses should always be running under whatever active work you are doing
- Cooldowns are the schedule — plan filler around them, not the other way round
Section 02
Recommended route
Start a high-value contract, collect passive income on the return leg, then launch the next activity from the nearest property.
- Log in, restock the Acid Lab, Bunker and Nightclub, and collect every safe
- Launch Cayo Perico or the Dr. Dre contract first while cooldowns are clear
- Fill the cooldown with Security Contracts, Payphone Hits and Auto Shop work
- Sell production in an invite-only session once stock justifies the trip
Section 03
What good looks like
Your hourly result stays stable even when one mission runs long or a public event interrupts the plan.
- A stable hourly rate that survives a long mission or a lobby interruption
- No session that ends with unsold stock or an uncollected safe
Community tech
What experienced players do differently
- Solo Cayo's 144-minute cooldown is almost exactly one full business cycle — treat it as your session clock
- Selling many small batches is the most common hidden loss; travel time is the real cost
