The brief
Throttle control is the skill that separates drivers from passengers, and the Futo teaches it for pocket change.
- Drift tuning is a separate modification that changes grip behaviour entirely
- A drift-tuned car is slower on a grip circuit — keep a second build
- Weight transfer, not throttle, initiates a clean drift
Section 02
Recommended route
Practice three exercises: figure-eights at half throttle, handbrake pivots around cones, and one controlled slide per corner.

- Practise on the test track before entering drift events
- Use handbrake only to correct, never to start the slide
